A few thoughts about how I approach making the soap and spa products:
Each batch of soap, consists of careful research, independently chosen ingredients to assure the perfect balance of oils, botanicals and ingredients...100% pure soap...from scratch.
I use the time honored cold process method to produce the soap which guarantees the natural glycerin, that is so beneficial to your skin, is retained in each bar. Big name, mass producing companies strip the glycerin out and sell it as a separate product, or may "add" a small amount back in, so it can be referenced on the ingredient label.
All my soap contains a generous base of superior grade olive oil and Fair Trade unrefined shea butter.
In Addition To These :
Each type of soap also contain a minimum of 6 different oils or butters including but not limited to: coconut oil or palm kernel oil for the bubbles, castor oil as an emollient, and a variety of other oils such as: avocado, hemp, sweet almond, kukui nut, camellia oil, camelina, sunflower, rose hip and vitamin e oil for conditioning, moisturizing and healing qualities.
NO chemicals, parabens (a widely used preservative known to cause irritation and allergic reactions), artificial preservatives (know to cause contact dermatitis), extenders or synthetic components (small percentage with fragrance oils and they are marked accordingly) or ingredients known to be carcinogenic are used.
Each product has a complete listing of all ingredients to address any potential skin sensitivities.
